A huge congratulations and thanks to the team from McCarthy Stone’s Northern Division who recently took on, and smashed, the Yorkshire Tough Mudder event.

Our team of athletes took on the main challenge, covering over 10 miles and more than 20 obstacles to raise funds for our Foundation, with over £1700 raised!!! Well done team!!

All these funds will be matched by McCarthy Stone and go towards our small grants programme, supporting grassroots charities working to alleviate loneliness and isolation in people over 65.

A big thanks to Gemma Jarvis-Whitehouse for organising this – and to her team, Simeon, Andrew, Gillian, Harriet, Jamie and Ryan!!!
