Throughout 2025, we continued our mission of connecting people, strengthening communities, and supporting wider society by funding charitable organisations dedicated to improving the lives of people in later life. Thanks to the generosity and commitment of our supporters, we were able to award more than £407,908 in grants to 138 organisations, supporting thousands of people in later life nationwide.

This report provides an overview of our work over the past year — from fundraising and partnerships to grant-making and the inspiring projects made possible through this support. It also celebrates the incredible impact achieved through collaboration with colleagues, homeowners, suppliers, and partners across the McCarthy & Stone community.
