It is early days for our Foundation lottery, but we have been blown away by the fantastic support for it shown by the teams across McCarthy Stone. Every week one of our supporters is guaranteed to win the weekly cash prize, which is now at £105 for the coming weekend.

Our Easter winner was Karen Laydon who won just over £90.

Karen told us that:

“I chose to support the McCarthy Stone Lottery and Foundation because it means I can support local good causes in the areas we work and where our homeowners live.  I was so excited to see that I had won, and I shall spend my winnings wisely, I have my eye on a pair of Fairfax and Favor shoes, so this win will contribute towards that, something to look forward to, a treat for me whilst helping others.”

A huge thank you to Karen and to the rest of our supporters, who each week are helping us to raise valuable income to support local charities and voluntary organisations. Causes like Estuary League of Friends, who recently were awarded £250 for the ongoing costs of the Topsham Memory Cafe.
