Transparency and accountability are core values of our foundation that we take very seriously, so we are really pleased to be able to share our 2023 Trustees Annual Report and Accounts.

Our annual report covers all aspects of the foundation’s work in 2023, from how we are governed and how we raise money, through to what we spent and what we spent it on.

Perhaps most importantly, it details the work we do to ensure we meet our requirement as a registered charity to provide a clear public benefit. Reporting on this is one of the key requirements for any registered charity and shows our donors where their funds were spent and the difference that it made to people over 65 across the country.

Along with demonstrating the foundation’s impact, the report also shares how we make decisions, how we meet the compliance requirements for a registered charity, and how our trustees work with the foundation team to ensure the charity is independent and acting in the best interests of those it is there to serve.

We are hugely grateful to the many charities who helped produce this report by providing imagery and quotes.
